Case study

Problem

Businesses across retail, service, rental, and logistics often rely on disconnected tools for sales, stock, and accounting. PaYou needed a product website that could explain its integrated platform clearly while helping visitors find the right solution for their industry.

Role & approach

I developed the public-facing PaYou experience around the platform’s core promise: sector-specific workflows connected to shared inventory and accounting. The site uses product modules, feature explanations, industry examples, pricing, and demo actions to guide prospective customers from discovery to enquiry.

Challenges & solutions

Explaining one platform across multiple industries. I structured the content so visitors can start with their own business type, then understand how the relevant module connects to shared inventory and accounting workflows.

Making complex software easy to scan. I translated the platform into focused sections for features, modules, use cases, and outcomes. This gives visitors a quick overview while preserving enough detail for people evaluating the product seriously.

Supporting a clear sales journey. I placed demo scheduling, pricing, login, and WhatsApp contact actions throughout the experience so interested visitors can move directly to the next step.

Outcome

  • A clear product experience for PaYou’s multi-sector business platform.
  • Industry-specific modules presented alongside shared inventory and accounting capabilities.
  • Direct paths to product details, pricing, demo scheduling, and customer contact.
