Problem

Creating invoices from spreadsheet data can mean copying the same customer, product, and transaction details into another system by hand. The Invoice Generator was built to remove that duplicate entry and provide a faster path from existing Google Sheets data to a professional invoice document.

Challenges & solutions

Removing repetitive data entry. I shaped the product around using data users already maintain in Google Sheets, so invoice creation starts from an existing source instead of another manual form.

Keeping the first-use experience focused. The landing page communicates the workflow in one sentence and presents clear signup and login actions, reducing the distance between discovering the tool and trying it.

Turning structured data into a usable document. The core flow is designed to produce professional PDF invoices from spreadsheet records, making the output ready to share or keep for business records.
